Hi, I’m Chris!

So I have been baking and creating treats for a longggggggg time, mainly for family and friends. I will ALWAYS credit my Mom for instilling my love for baking. Once I learned how to light the oven at the ripe old age of 7(I kid you not…) she allowed me to bake RESPONSIBLY thereafter. That later turned into frying donuts and then to making chocolates…

I’ve always loved doing this and bringing smiles to people’s faces(sugar tends to do that to people, lol!). I love rich, indulgent flavors, and I have a PASSION for chocolate. I also love flavor contrasts. I try to bring that through in my baking and confections.
